Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We currently ship within the United States and plan to expand to additional countries in the near future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, customs, or weather. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 15 business days. Deliveries are not considered lost or delayed until 15 business days have passed from the date of shipment.

Shipping Process

We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@suprememale.com within 48 hours of delivery. If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately and we will investigate with the carrier to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
